We’ll schedule a complimentary discovery call by phone or Zoom to discuss your vision, priorities, and expectations. This also gives us a chance to make sure we’re the right fit before moving forward.

Before research begins, I’ll explain any applicable planning or consulting fees. You’ll review and agree to the Sol and Soir Escapes Terms & Conditions so that the scope, responsibilities, and next steps are clear.
Research & Curated Proposal
I’ll research and curate travel options based on what we discussed—not send you an overwhelming list of random choices. You’ll receive a personalized proposal, and we’ll review it together and make reasonable adjustments until the right experience comes together.
Booking & Trip Preparation
Once you approve the proposal, I’ll begin coordinating your reservations. I’ll keep you informed of important updates, payment deadlines, supplier changes, and anything requiring your attention. Before departure, you’ll receive an organized itinerary with your confirmed travel details.
Travel With Support
When it’s time to travel, enjoy the experience knowing you have a dedicated advisor in your corner. If an unexpected issue arises, I’ll help you navigate it and work with the appropriate travel partners toward a solution.
